Our areas of expertise are mainly the city of Olbia and all the coastal towns that are part of its municipality, Pittulongu, Bados, Porto Rotondo, Portisco, Murta Maria, Porto Istana. We also deal directly with the sale of properties in Golfo Aranci, Loiri Porto San Paolo, San Teodoro, Budoni, Posada, Siniscola and La Caletta di Siniscola. We sell houses, villas, stazzi, vineyards and land in all other areas of Gallura, we operate in Monti, Telti, Berchidda, Tempio Pausania and Sant'Antonio di Gallura. Through a network of trusted real estate agencies, we also operate in Costa Smeralda, Arzachena, Palau and Santa Teresa di Gallura. Moreover, thanks to the collaboration, we also reach all the other places in Northern Sardinia, such as Alghero, Stintino, Sassari, Castelsardo, Valledoria, Trinità and all of Sardinia.

We specialize in the sale of all types of properties, villas, stazzi, detached houses, country houses, farm estates, cottages, apartments, two-rooms, three-rooms, four-rooms, penthouses, pentavans, semi-detached villas or terraced villas, holiday homes, houses of new construction and buildings to be built. We also deal with the sale of building land, building areas, agricultural and industrial land. In our portfolio there is no shortage of commercial premises and industrial warehouses.

We mainly deal with sales, but we also deal with residential, tourist and commercial rentals.

To carry out all these tasks, we make use of the collaboration of the best Notaries present in the territory and throughout Italy, of professionals working in the legal field (private deeds, usucapion practices, succession, etc.), in the technical sector (for compliance practices cadastral urban planning, usability, variations or discrepancies from the original projects, amnesties, Energy Performance Certificates, etc.), in the financial sector (for mortgages, loans, salary-backed loans, subrogations, insurance, etc.) and in the construction sector and home maintenance (construction companies, renovation companies, moving companies, gardeners, electricians, plumbers, etc.).

We are also associated with the FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents) and we operate in our sector in compliance with a strict code of ethics and professionalism.

The evolution of the real estate market has made it necessary to develop our skills (in addition to the technical and legal ones) and sales and marketing strategies in the management of the properties that are entrusted to us for sale. By now the sales assignment is no longer exclusive, but shared exclusive. In agreement with the seller, we make use of various collaborators, for the realization of photos, shooting with the drone, video and home staging services. All these activities are carried out to give a better service to customers.
